Longtime developer of The Villages, Gary Morse, gave 1/3 stakes to each of his children before he passed away in 2014.
According to Bloomberg, the family’s wealth crossed the $3 billion mark this year, making Mark Morse, Jennifer Parr, and Tracy Mathews all billionaires.
It’s not uncommon for businesses passed down through the family to slowly disintegrate, but it seems like with each passing of the torch, The Villages only gets stronger.
While Mark Morse, Jennifer Parr, and Tracy Mathews are all a little more public facing than their father, still not a lot gets published about them.
